Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened shrink-wrap packaging and that the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item's condition to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the item in its original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service and wait 5-7 business days for our team to process your refund or exchange.
